We host this content permanently so that creators, recipients, and family members can revisit these cinematic memories forever.

If you wish to remove an uploaded file, signature, or delete a card or account entirely, you may request permanent deletion at any time by contacting our support team (see Section 10).

5. Collaborative Guest Books & Public Sharing

When using our Family Heirloom guest book upgrade, you generate a contributor invitation link. Anyone with access to this link can view the card description and upload signatures, notes, photos, audio, or video files.

Please note that all uploaded content will roll open dynamically for anyone who holds the final keepsake card link. We encourage card owners to share these links responsibly and obtain consent from participants before uploading their personal media.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To operate our platform, we share data strictly with trusted third-party service providers who conform to secure data practices:
